Finca Punta de Vistalegre

The swimming pool is located at the front of the villa. It is surrounded by large sunny patios  and lawn. It is an ideal place to relax with no sounds except for those of Mother Nature for company. This is transformed into a celestial vault at nightfall and is perfect for observing the star-filled sky.

The swimming pool of this holidays villa in Porto Cristo covers a surface area of 32 m² (8 x 4 m), and has a depth, which ranges from 0.90 m to 1.80 m.

• On the terrace there is a barbecue

The main bedroom is on the ground floor and is accessed from the dining room. It has a double bed, a window set in the façade of the building, and the original stones used in the construction of the building’s walls are uncovered. It has an area of 13 m².

There are two more bedrooms upstairs. These have spectacular views over the countryside and onto the sea in the distance. They both have two beds, but one has a bed situated on a raised platform at over two metres from the floor, which is bound to prove exciting for young children. They have an area of 11 and 10 m².

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and it is located next to the dining room on the ground floor. It covers an area of 13 m². It contains the following items:

• Complete crockery and cutlery sets for 12 people
• Dishwasher
• Cooking rings with an induction ceramic glass plate
• Electric oven
• Microwave oven
• Toaster
• Fridge-freezer
• Coffee-pot, an Italian coffee maker and a Nespresso
• Kettle

The laundry room is on the ground floor and can be accessed from the inside or exterior of the house, it has a washing machine and an iron. We provide washing materials. It has an area of 8 m².

The main entrance leads straight into the dining room, from which the rest of the rooms can be accessed. There are two entrances, the main entrance and another door which is next to the kitchen and which leads on to the patio in front of the swimming pool.

This patio was originally used for drying out the figs collected from the trees belonging to the farmhouse during summer.

It covers a surface of 28 m².

The living room is a large room with four windows that offer views over the countryside to the mountains and sea in the distance. It is upstairs and is reached directly from the staircase, which leads up from the dining room. There is here a TV connected to Astra satellite channels and a computer with a WIFI Internet connection, for keeping in touch with the outside world, during your holidays in Punta de Vistalegre.

It covers a surface of 19 m².

There are two bathrooms. The first, which is on the ground floor and has an area of 6 m², is accessed from the dining room and is next to the main bedroom. The other one is upstairs, next to the two upstairs bedrooms, with an area of 3 m². Both have windows at the rear of the building.

• There is a hair dryer

The cleaning service as well as water and electricity supplies, are included in the price.
The house is cleaned once a week. This is also when towels, sheets and kitchen cloths are changed. Also, You will be provided with the necessary washing powders and detergents for the washing machine and dishwasher.

This country side villa on Mallorca, was constructed at the beginning of the twentieth century as a farm building for the land which surrounds it. The house has undergone various extensions over the years, as required by changes in the way the land is worked, before being completely refurbished to become a holiday rental. The oldest part is constructed from stone and earth, which were taken from the land that it serves. The rest of the building has been constructed with marès – a type of sandstone that is easy to work and found in abundance on Mallorca.

The property, in which the cottage is located covers 46,168 m² and continues to function agriculturally, with a small flock of sheep and a summer vegetables garden, which provides some fresh vegetables to the guests.
