In the hall there are a bathroom and the stairway that gives access to the upper floor. There is also a nice and spacious living and dining room with a chimney and firewood stove. Next to the dining room there are two rooms in suite, one of them decorated with a great mares (sand stone very abundant in Mallorca) vault. From the kitchen there is a lovely view of the romantic garden built in a typical natural environment of Mallorca island with trees and a pretty lake.

The beautiful shaped pool holds a yacuzzi (with hot water for winter months) and to its side there is a charming porch. Aumadrava villa offers you the privacy and well-being of a nice holidays in the north of Mallorca.
