This large delightful villa is situated in a magnificent position overlooking the sea, in a quiet residential area, yet only a few minutes walk to the nearest lovely sandy beach of Cala Serena, in the Cala d´Or resort. The Sol Naixent Villa is built around a beautiful picturesque terraced courtyard with built-in-BBQ, ideal for eating outside whilst enjoying the stunning views over the sea.

Downstairs there is a very large lounge/dining area with satellite TV, and patio doors that lead on to a terrace. The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and picture windows overlooking the sea. There is one double bedroom with en-suite, 2 twin-bedded rooms with a modern shower room in between. This part of the villa can be rented separately for up to 6 people at a reduced price if required.

The outside staircase leads to a large nicely furnished lounge/dining area with doors onto a terrace with marvelous views over the sea, ideal for sunbathing or evening drinks, one twin bedded room with doors leading to a terrace with fantastic views, a separate modern bathroom also with shower cubicle, and one further twin bedded room.

From the Sol Naixent Villa it takes approximately 25 minutes to walk to the centre of Cala d´Or, and 10 minutes to walk to the nearest restaurants, bars and shops. This exclusive villa in Cala d´Or with capacity for 10 persons, has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and one shower room. The villa is divided in two floors connected by an outside staircase, next to the entrance door.
