All prices are for one day and include: 16% VAT; cleaning service with changes of towels, sheets and kitchen cloths once a week, water and electricity supply and heating costs.

Punta de Vistalegre is rented by the day. The hour of arrival is after 5 p.m., and the hour of departure is before 10 a.m., thereby allowing us to ensure that our cleaning service have time to prepare the house for the next guests. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Method of payment

Payment can either be made via a bank transfer or in cash on your arrival. On confirmation of your reservation, we will pass our bank details on to you so that you can pay in a deposit of 10 % of the total rental price within 48 hours of the confirmation being made. In the case of cancellation, you will be returned the full amount of the deposit, less any bank charges that may be incurred, providing that we are informed of the cancellation at least one month prior to the cited day of arrival.
